Return & Exchange Policy

At Atomic Faceplates, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we're happy to help.
Exchanges We offer exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. We do not offer cash refunds — all returns are eligible for an exchange for another item in our store of equal value.
Eligibility To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- In original, uninstalled condition
- Free from scratches, damage, or signs of use
Items that have been installed or show signs of wear are not eligible for exchange.
How to Request an Exchange
- Contact us at atomicfaceplates@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number and the item you'd like to exchange for
- We'll email you a prepaid USPS return shipping label
- Ship the item back using the provided label
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll ship your exchange item
Return Shipping We provide a prepaid USPS return shipping label for all eligible exchanges at no cost to you.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at atomicfaceplates@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We'll make it right promptly.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Installed or used faceplates/click wheels
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items not in original condition
