Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping & Tracking We ship all orders via USPS. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Free Shipping We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.

Damaged or Lost Packages (Domestic) If your order arrives damaged or hasn't arrived within 10 business days of your ship date, please contact us with your order number and photos if applicable. Domestic USPS shipments are covered by carrier insurance and we'll work with you to file a claim and make it right.

International Shipping We ship internationally via USPS. We offer flat-rate international shipping options at checkout.

Please note:

  • Delivery times vary by destination and are not guaranteed.
  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, tariffs, and import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are collected by your local customs authority.
  • Atomic Faceplates is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or carrier handling outside the United States.
  • By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any applicable import charges.

International — Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage. We'll review each case individually and work toward a fair resolution. Please note that economy international shipments include tracking but are not covered by carrier insurance — in the event of a lost package, we are unable to guarantee a replacement or refund. For added peace of mind, expedited shipping with carrier insurance coverage is available for select destinations — choose your shipping option at checkout to see what's available for your region.
