Magnetar Faceplate
The Most Powerful Magnetic Field in the Universe.
A magnetar is what happens when a massive star collapses and the universe decides not to hold back. The result is a neutron star — 20 kilometers across, more massive than our sun — wrapped in a magnetic field a quadrillion times stronger than Earth's. So powerful that it periodically cracks its own crust, releasing bursts of X-ray and gamma radiation visible across the galaxy. So extreme that a magnetar 10 light years away could strip Earth's atmosphere in a single pulse.
In astronomical imaging, magnetars and their surrounding nebulae are rendered in deep purple and violet — the colors closest to the high-energy end of the visible spectrum. The colors of maximum intensity. The colors of something that cannot be contained.
The Magnetar faceplate carries that frequency. A semi-transparent purple-to-berry gradient — deep, saturated, and charged.
